Meet the Founders
Collin Voronov
Collin spent nearly a decade deep in the P&C insurance industry—working inside agencies, advising on risk management at HUB International, and seeing firsthand how disconnected systems and manual processes were bleeding time and revenue from hardworking agents.
In 2022, while working with The Agency Collective, Collin started building automation systems for independent agents at no cost—proving that the right workflows could transform an agency's operations almost overnight. As a central part of the team, Collin built out all of their systems and personally sold over $1.2 billion of the organization’s $3.5 billion in total premiums during a four-year period. That work became the foundation for what Rev-Box is today.
A Cleveland State University graduate, Collin went full-time on Rev-Box in 2023 and launched the complete program in August 2024. His approach is simple: architect the systems so agents can stop drowning in admin work and get back to what they do best—selling.
Ben Fazio
Ben brings the analytical firepower behind Rev-Box. With a Master's in Data Science and an MBA from Cleveland State University, he combines deep technical expertise with real business strategy—making sure every system Rev-Box builds is backed by data, not guesswork.
At Rev-Box, Ben leads the optimization side of the house: analyzing agency workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and designing data-driven strategies that maximize efficiency and revenue growth. His work ensures that the automation systems aren't just fast—they're smart.
Ben's background in data science gives Rev-Box a unique edge in the insurance space. While most consultants rely on gut feel, Ben builds measurement frameworks that show exactly where revenue is being left on the table and how to capture it.
Our Timeline
Started building automation systems for independent P&C agents under The Agency Collective—working for free to prove the concept and refine the approach.
Went full-time on Rev-Box and launched a testing program, partnering with early adopter agencies to build and validate the complete system.
Launched the full Rev-Box program in August, scaling to serve 200+ agencies and generating $6M+ in client revenue growth.
